甲型/乙型流感病毒抗原筛查的季节分析

摘要

目的：探讨(0-14岁)儿童感染甲/乙型流感病毒在一年四季春夏秋冬变化情况，了解季节因素对儿童感染甲/乙型流感病毒的影响。方法：按免疫层析技术胶体金法，对2011年2月4日--2015年2月4日4年10788例儿童甲/乙型流感病毒抗原筛查结果进行回顾性统计分析，一年四季春夏秋冬划分按中国古代多用立春（2月4日）、立夏（5月5日）、立秋（8月7日）、立冬（11月8日）作为四季开始。结果：儿童感染甲/乙型流感病毒感染率冬＞春＞夏＞秋。结论：儿童感染甲/乙型流感病毒季节有关，不同季节对其感染有影响。%Objective:To assess seasonal variations of diagnosis for Influenza Virus A&B Antigen and to explore factors that were associated with children infection.Methods:A retrospective statistical analysis was conducted for A/B influenza virus antigen screening results of 10788 children who were treated during February 4, 2011 and February 4, 2015 by colloidal gold based on immune chromatography method. Seasons of the year were divided by beginning of spring(February 4), beginning of summer(May 5), beginning of autumn(August 7), and beginning of winter(November 8).Results:percent of diagnostic for Influenza Virus A&B Antigen of child infection followed the followed the order: winter>spring>summer>fall.Conclusions:Influenza Virus A&B of child infection varied with seasons.
