宫颈癌患者血清中白细胞介素-6的表达水平及其临床意义

Objective:Interleukin -6 (IL-6) expression and its clinical significance in patients with cervical cancer research. Methods:June 2011 to 2014 cancer patients in our hospital between March for treatment of 40 cases of cervical cancer as a group, 40 patients with uterine fibroids, uterine fibroid as a group, and then select the same period to the hospital 40 patients with normal uterus as a control group of patients, collection of peripheral blood serum was separated, the serum levels of IL-6 expression. Comparison of cancer patients with different degrees of differentiation and different clinical stages of serum IL-6 levels, the data collected were statistically analyzed using Logistic analysis of cervical cancer and the relationship between IL-6.Results:In cervical cancer, uterine fibroid group and the control group, the expression levels of IL-6 in patients with cancer of the highest compared with the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Poorly differentiated cancer patients and Ⅲ, Ⅳ patients expression levels compared with other patients with the highest IL-6, the data, the difference was significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusions:IL-6 expression levels were significantly elevated in patients with cervical cancer and cervical cancer patients with clinical stage and grade were correlated, can be used as an important indicator to judge the degree of cervical cancer.%目的：研究宫颈癌患者血清中白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的表达水平及其临床意义。方法：选取2011年6月至2014年3月间在我院进行治疗的宫颈癌患者40例作为宫颈癌组，子宫肌瘤患者40例作为子宫肌瘤组，再选取同期来院的子宫正常患者40例作为对照组，采集患者外周血分离血清，测定血清中IL-6的表达水平。比较宫颈癌患者不同分化程度和不同临床分期血清IL-6含量，对收集的数据进行统计学分析，用Logistic分析宫颈癌与IL-6关系。结果：在宫颈癌组、子宫肌瘤组和对照组比较中，宫颈癌患者IL-6的表达水平最高，与对照组比较，差异明显，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。宫颈癌患者中低分化和Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者与其他患者相比IL-6的表达水平最高，数据比较，差异明显，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：IL-6的表达水平在宫颈癌患者中明显升高，且与宫颈癌的临床分期和病例分级有相关性，可以作为判断宫颈癌程度的重要指标。
