布朗式吻合术在远侧胃切除术中的应用价值

摘要

目的 探讨远侧胃切除术中布朗式吻合术的临床应用价值及其并发症人预处理效果.方法 将远侧胃切除病例分组,对照组60例,实验组(远侧胃切除+布朗式吻合)150例,对比两组手术效果.结果 对照组发生重度反流8例,轻度反流52例,反流率100％;实验组发生重度反流0例,轻度反流57例,无返流93例,反流率38％,无输入袢梗阻及十二指肠残端破裂.结论 布朗式吻合术在远侧胃切除中的应用减少了碱性反流性胃炎及输入袢梗阻及十二指肠残端破裂的发生.%Objective To discuss the value of Brown type anastomosis and distalis gastrectomy. Methods 150 patients were treated with Brown type anastomosis and distalis gastrectomy (treatment grouop) and 60 patients were treatment with distalis gastrectomy (control grouop). Results There were 8 cases with heavy regurgitation and 52 with Iight regurgitation in control group. There were 0 case with heavy regurgitation and 57 cases with light regurgitation. Concluision Brown type anastomosis and distalis stomach excision's can reduce the occurrence of alkalinity regurgit.
