原发性肝癌介入治疗的围手术期护理

摘要

Objective To evaluate care and measures for primary liver cancer by the hepatic artery chemoembolization. Methods Analysis of nursing in 156 patients with primary liver cancer patients by hepatic artery chemoembolization with preoperative psychological, diet, changes in condition, adverse reactions and complications. Results 156 patients with hepatic artery chemoembolization smooth. 31 patients after severe reaction, after active care treatment, 29 patients were discharged condition improved, 2 died. Conclusion Aggressive perioperative care can improve the therapeutic effect, and in the prevention and reduction of complications has an important significance, ual modeling method of cerebral aneurysm and shorting the modeling time are worth further study.%目的 探讨经肝动脉介入化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的护理方法及措施.方法 通过对156例原发性肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞术前心理、饮食等方面的干预,及对术后的病情变化、不良反应和并发症的护理方法进行分析探讨.结果 156例患者介入手术顺利,术后反应较重者31例,经积极护理治疗,29例好转出院,2例死亡.结论 对原发性肝癌患者进行积极的围手术期护理干预,对提高治疗效果,预防和减少并发症有重要意义.
