抗眩晕合剂治疗眩晕症临床观察

摘要

目的 探讨抗眩晕合剂治疗眩晕症的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选择患者217例,随机分为治疗组115例,给予普鲁卡因120rmg+苯海拉明40mg+烟酸50mg+维生素B6100 mg,加入5％葡萄糖/生理盐水250ml(简称抗眩晕合剂)静脉滴注,每日1次.对照组112例给予葛根素200mg,加入5％葡萄糖(或生理盐水)250ml静脉滴注,每日1次.结果 治疗组总有效率(100％)高于对照组(86.4％,P＜0.05).结论 抗眩晕合剂治疗眩晕症安全、有效.%Objective To explore the safety and effect of anti-vertigo mixture on vertigo. Method 217 patients were randomly divided into two groups including treatment group (115 cases) treated with anti-vertigo mixture (Procain Hydrochloride 120mg,Diphenhydramine Hychchloride 40mg,Nictinic Acid 50mg and Vitamine B6 l00mg) and comparative group (112 cases) treated with Puerar Injection. Result The effective ratio of treatment group was 76% .significantly higher than the comparative group(P<0. 05). Total effect rate was 100%. Conclusion Anti-vertigo mixture on vertigo treatment is safe and effective.
