Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of the LEEP for chronic cervicitis. Methods With LEEP. 286 cervical lesions were done to get the cervical awl cutting. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs of patients were observed. And then we evaluate the clinical effect of the LEEP therapy. Results Follow up were arranged at 1.3,6 months after treatment. The patients received the vaginoscope examination, the score and the assessment of the treatment effect 3 months later. The patients who were under the treatment for 2 months received the vaginoscope examination too. A total of 234 patients were followed up. 227 cases (97%) were cured, 7 were improved. The total effective rate is 100%. The mild group received light cervical awl cutting. The moderate and severe groups received heavy cervical awl cutting. To compare the clinical effects of different cervical lesions after the treatment of LEEP, the difference was not significant (P<0. 05). The cure rate was 100%. No relapse cases in 234 patients. No delayed complications have been found either. Conclusion The chronic cervicitis can be treated effectively with the LEEP therapy. Delayed complications or adverse effects were not observed in the therapy. The LEEP therapy is a highly effective therapy for chronic cervicitis up to date.%目的 探讨LEEP刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的有效性及安全性.方法 采用LEEP刀（深圳金科威公司生产的HF-120B妇科专用高频电波刀）对286例慢性官颈炎患者进行锥形切除治疗,现察治疗前后患者症状和体征的变化,评价LEEP刀的临床疗效.治疗后1、3个月随访,3个月给予阴道镜检查、评分及疗效判定.结果 共随访234例患者,一次性痊愈227例(97.00％),有效7例,总有效率100％.慢性宫颈炎轻度的给予小环锥切,中度～重度给予大环锥切.伴有纳氏囊肿156例,均用LEEP针刺破囊腔,让囊液充分流出后电凝囊腔,不同程度的慢性宫颈炎LEEP治疗后的临床效果比较,差异无显著性(P＜0.05).234例患者无一例复发,同时也未发现远期并发症,结论LEEP刀治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效好,无任何副作用及并发症,是目前治疗宫颈炎的一种有效方法.
