食管穿孔的诊治分析

目的 探讨食管穿孔的诊治及结果,提高其疗效.方法 回顾性分析11例食管穿孔患者的病因和临床治疗效果.结果 10例食管穿孔痊愈,1例死亡.结论 就诊的时间、穿孔的部位和治疗方式的选择是影响食管穿孔疗效的主要因素.%Objective To discuss the diagnosis and therapy for esophageal perforation. Methods We reviewed the cause and treatment of 11 patients of esophageal perforation adopt in our hospital. Results 10 case were healed and 1 case was dead. Conclusion The esophageal perforation would been cured in early visiting, talking away and the position of the perforation.
