目的 探讨腹腔镜治疗小儿美克尔憩室手术的护理配合措施及临床价值.方法 对13例反复便血的小儿采用腹腔镜美克尔憩室切除,术前做好小儿的心理护理及腹腔镜等设备、器械,药物和手术室环境的准备;术中密切马观察小儿生命特征,熟练配合手术各步骤的进行;术后备好吸引装置、吸管,严密观察术后情况.结果 13例小儿手术均顺利完成,术后无并发症和感染发生.结论 在腹腔镜治疗小儿美克尔憩室德手术中,加强全程护理配合,可提高手术的安全性和效果,具有重要的临床应用价值.%Objective To discuss about complimentary nursing measures adopted in curing children's meckel diverticulum with laparoscope. Methods Using laparoscope to remove meckel diverticulum from 13 children patients who have suffered repeating hematochezia. Before the surgery, we nursed the children psychologically and arranged the laparoscope and other equipments and devices, drugs and the operation room. We observed vital signs of the children carefully during the surgery and followed each and every procedure in a skilled way; after the surgery, we made ready suction devices, pipettes, and intensively observed the post-surgery situations of the children. Results 13 children patients all survived the surgery successfully and no complications or infections were found after the surgery. Conclusion We could improve surgical safety and efficacy by enhancing whole-process nursing coordination in the surgery of removing children’ s meckel diverticulum with laparoscope, which has significant clinical value.
