宫颈病变组织中hMOF、P53蛋白的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的 研究hMOF、P53在宫颈病变组织中的表达情况及其临床意义.方法 采用Western blot和免疫组化SP法检测宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈非特异性炎中hMOF和P53的表达.结果 免疫组化和Western blot都提示随着宫颈病变程度的增加,hMOF蛋白有逐渐减少的趋势,而P53蛋白却成逐渐增加的趋势.结论 随着宫颈病变的进展hMOF的表达呈下降趋势,P53蛋白的表达呈上升的趋势,表明随着hMOF表达的下降从而导致P53蛋白不能正常的乙酰化,失去修复损伤DNA的功能,这可能与宫颈病变的进展相关.%Objective To research the expression and clinical significance of hMOF and P53 protein in cervical lesion.Methods Western blot and Immunohistochemistry were usd to test the expression of hMOF and P53 protein in cervicitis, SIL and cervical cancer.Results The result of Western blot and Immunohistochemistry all indicatedthat the hMOF protein expression was reduced with aggravation of cervical lesion, but the P53 protein was opposite.Conclusion The hMOF may be related to cervical canceration in P53 pathway.
