高血压病患者血浆ET-1/CGRP的含量变化及其临床意义

         

摘要

Objective To illustrate the effects of endothelin-1 ( ET-1) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP)in different blood pressure grade in essential hypertension. Methods The study was carried out on 120 patients with EH according to the 1999 WHO/ISH Guidelines for the management of Hypertensian. The patients with EH were divided in three groups: grade one(n=40), grade two(n=40) and grade three(n=40). 40 healthy subjects were recruited as normal controls. The plasma levels of ET-1 and CGRP were measured. Results EH patients with different blood pressure grade with plasma ET-1, CGRP concentrations were compared with the normal significant difference(P<0. 01 ), each group ET-1, CGRP pairwise comparisons were statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ). With the progress of EH CGRP decreased progressively, plasma ET-1 was progressive increase. Conclusion With the progress of EH CGRP decreased progressively, plasma ET-1 was progressive increase, and correlate to the severity of the disease, measuements of their plasma concentrations help to pre-dict these verity of the disease.%目的:探讨不同血压分级高血压病(EH)患者血浆内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)、降钙素基因相关肽(calcium gene related peptide,CGRP)的水平变化,以阐明其在高血压病中的作用.方法:120例EH患者按1999年WHO/ISH对高血压的诊断和血压分级标准分为EH1级、2级、3级组各40例;另选正常人(对照组)40例,分别检测血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP).结果:不同血压分级高血压痛患者血浆ET-1、CGRP的浓度与正常人相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01),各组ET-1、CGRP两两比较均有统计学意义(P<O.05),随着高血压病级别的升高CGRP呈进行性下降,血浆ET-1呈进行性增高.结论:随着高血压病的进展,血浆ET-I含量升高,CGRP含量降低,且与高血压痛变严重程度有着一定关联,血浆含量检测有助于判断病情的程度.
