目的 观察参附注射液治疗心力衰竭的疗效.方法 56例患者随机分成对照组26例,治疗组30例.对照组使用常规强心、利尿、扩血管及转换酶抑制荆治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上静脉滴注5%葡萄糖液100ml+参附注射液50 ml/次,1次/d,治疗14 d后判断疗效.结果 对照组显效10例,有效12例,无效4例,总有效率84.61%;治疗组30例,显效15例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率96.7%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 参附注射液对治疗慢性心力衰竭有较好疗效.%Objective To investigate the curative effect of shenfu injection (SFI) on chronic heart failure.Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into control group (26 cases) and treatment group (30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional cardiac, diuretic vasodilator and inhibitor of conversion, while the treatment group was treated on the basis of 5％ glucose infusion 100 ml + Shenfu injection 50 ml/times, once a day.Results There were 10 cases in control group with significant therapeutic effect, 12 cases with effect and 4 cases with no effect.The total effective rate was 84.6％ in the control group.There were 15 cases in treatment group with significant therapeutic effect and 14 cases with effect.The total effective rate was 96.7％ in the treatment group.The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Shenfu injection on the treatment of chronic heart failure is effective.
