红霉素联合雷贝拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察红霉素肠溶胶囊联合雷贝拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果.方法 将符合诊断标准的反流性食管炎患者100例,随机分为治疗组52例,采用红霉素肠溶胶囊联合雷贝拉唑治疗；对照组48例只用雷贝拉唑治疗.观察两组治疗前及治疗4周后的临床疗效以及内镜下病症改善的程度.结果 治疗4周后治疗组有效率为94.2％；对照组有效率为79.1％,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).内镜下反流性食管炎症状改善程度治疗组显著好于对照组(P＜0.05).两组均未见严重不良反应.结论 红霉素联合雷贝拉唑是治疗反流性食管炎安全、有效的方法.%Objective To observe clinical effect of erythromycin enteric-coated capsules and rabeprazole on treatment of reflux esophagitis. Method 100 patients with reflux esophagitis were divided into two groups, the treatment group (52 cases) treated with erythromycin intestines dissolving capsule and rabeprazole and the the control group (48 cases) with rabeprazole. The clinical curative effect of endoscopic symptoms and the degree of improvement were observed. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 94. 2% and 79. 1%. There were no the serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Erythromycin and rabeprazole is safe and effective for reflux esophagitis.
