目的 分析80岁以上高危前列腺增生症患者行经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)围手术期常见护理问题,并总结护理要点.方法 回顾性分析2006年～2011年202例行TURP手术的高危患者实施综合性围手术期护理,以马斯洛的人类基本需要层次理论为依据对患者进行评估和评价.结果 除2例患者术后并发出血再次手术止血外,其余患者均痊愈出院.结论 根据患者围手术期常见护理问题,制定护理计划,实施整体性护理对促进高危前列腺增生症患者术后康复具有重要临床意义.%Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing problems and summarize the nursing interventions of the patients (≥ 80 y) underwent transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) due to high risk benign prostatic hyperplasi-a. Methods 202 patients underwent TURP were retrospectively analyzed. According to the Maslow's hierarchy of basic human needs, the outcomes of the patients were assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated. Results All patients were discharged except 2 of them underwent surgical hemostasis because of postoperative bleeding. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention according to the nursing problems of the patients during perioperative period is the key to improve patients' postoperative recovery.
