Objective To explore the nursing intervention of respiratory tract of gerontal patient period operation of tnoracotomy. Method 260 cases of gerontal patients planned tnoracotomy were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The PaO2/FiO2. neutrophilic leukocyte and respiratory tract complication were compared in two groups. Result The respiratory tract complication were significant increased in experimental group compared with control group. Conclusion Respiratory tract complication of gerontal patient period operation of tnoracotomy can be decreased by perfect nursing interventions.%目的 探讨老年患者开胸手术围手术期呼吸道的护理措施.方法 将260例老年开胸患者,随机分入实验组和对照组各130倒,比较两组的术后呼吸道并发症及术后SPO2/FiO2值.结果 实验组呼吸道并发症发生率低于对照组.结论 正确的护理措施可以减少老年患者开胸手术围手术期呼吸道并发症的发生.
