血栓通注射液治疗COPD相关红细胞增多症临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe clinical effects of Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) related to polycythemia. Methods 66 COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group received conventional standard treatment, Xueshuantong group treatment on the basis of the control group plus injection Xueshuantong. The blood gas analysis was observed. Results The blood gas analysis and polycythemia phenomenon after treatment were inproved that before treatment, which of Xueshuantong group were better than that of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Joint Xueshuantong injection therapy is more effective to reduce COPD hypoxia-in-duced polycythemia, improve blood gas analysis.%目的 观察血栓通注射液治疗慢性阻塞肺疾病(COPD)相关红细胞增多症的临床效果.方法 将66例COPD患者随机分为两组,对照组(33例)给予常规规范治疗,血栓通组(治疗组33例)在对照组治疗基础上加用血栓通注射液,14d后比较两组的血常规、血气分析.结果 两组治疗后,血气分析、红细胞增多现象较前改善,但治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 联合血栓通注射液治疗更能有效缓解COPD缺氧所致红细胞增多症,改善血气指标.
