妥洛特罗贴片治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察

摘要

目的 现察妥洛特罗贴片治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效.方法 将74例CVA患儿随机分为治疗组38例,对照组36例,对照组给吸入沙丁胺醇,治疗组每晚用妥洛特罗贴片贴于患儿胸前或背部,每日更换1次,两组疗程均为5天.结果 治疗组总有效率89.5％,对照组总有效率91.6％,两组比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 妥洛特罗贴片治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切,且给药方便,依从性好,不良反应少,可在临床推广应用.%Objective To observe the clinical of the tulobuterol in treating children with cough variant asthma (CVA). Methods 74 cases of children with cough variant asthma (CVA) were divided into two groups,38 cases in treatment group and 36 cases in control group. The tulobuterol was given additionally in the treatment group every evening.and the tulobuterol was sticked on the chest or back,changed deferent tablet everyday for 5 days. Results The total efficacy in treatment group was 89.5% ,and it was 91. 6% in control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The tulobuterol patch in treating children with cough variant asthma(CVA) has certain efficacy.
