高原地区原发性高血压患者SOD、MDA含量变化研究

         

摘要

目的 探讨高原地区原发性高血压患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,为高原地区原发性高血压的诊断和防治提供理论依据.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测原发性高血压病患者(高原高血压组n=63,平原高血压组n=60)及正常对照组(高原对照组疗=60,平原对照组n=58)血清超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛的含量.结果 高原高血压组及平原高血压组血清丙二醛水平均较对照组高,超氧化物歧化酶水平则较对照组低(P<0.01),平原对照组的丙二醛水平较高原对照组低,超氧化物歧化酶水平较高原对照组高(P<0.01);高原高血压组血清丙二醛水平高于平原高血压组(P<0.01),超氧化物歧化酶水平低于平原高血压组(P<0.01);随着血压的升高,血清超氧化物歧化酶水平下降,呈显著性负相关(r=-0.723),血清丙二醛水平升高,呈显著性正相关(r=0.608).结论 高血压患者氧化应激水平较正常人升高,随着海拔的升高,高原高血压患者氧化应激水平较平原升高更显著.%Objetive To discuss the changes and significance of superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde capacity contents in hypertensive patients at high altitude, and may be considered as a new rationale of diagnosis, treatment and judgment prognosis for the hypertension. Methods The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was adopted to detect serum superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde contents of hypertensive patients (high altitude hypertensive group, n=63,low altitude hypertensive group,n = 60) and normal control groups (high altitude control group,n= 60,low altitude control group,n= 58). Results The serum malondialdehyde contents of the hypertensive group at high altitude and low altitude was higher than that of the control group(P<0. 01), the serum superoxide dismutase contents of the hypertensive group at high altitude and low altitude was lower than control group(P<0. 01). The serum malondialdehyde contents of the control group at low altitude was lower than that at high altitude, the serum superoxide dismutase contents of the control group at low altitude was higher than that at high altitude(P<0. 01). The serum malondialdehyde contents of the hypertensive group at high altitude was higher than that of the hypertensive group at low altitude(P<0. 01), the serum superoxide dismutase contents of the hypertensive group at high altitude was lower than that of the hypertensive group at low altitude(P<0. 01). When the blood pressure increased,the contents of superoxide dismutase was decreased, and there was a distinct negative correlation(r=- 0. 723) ,but when the blood pressure increased, the contents of malondialdehyde was increased,there was a distinct positive correlation(r=0. 608), Conclusion The levels of Oxidative stress was higher in hypertensive patients than normal people,and with the elevation of altitudes, the levels of Oxidative stress of the hypertensive group at high altitude was higher significantly than that of the hypertensive group at low altitude.
