慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后鼻腔冲洗疗效分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the curative effect of nasal irrigation after functional endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis. Methods 97 cases with chronic sinusitis after endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group(49 cases) for nasal irrigation and routine postoperative treatment, control group(48 cases) for routine postoperative treatment. Following-up 1 year to observe the difference of efficacy between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group(91. 8%) with significant difference (P<0. 05). Conclusion Nasal irrigation can help to recover the nasal mucosa, it can improve the efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery,is an important perioperative treatment.%目的 探讨鼻腔冲洗方法在鼻内镜术后的疗效.方法 将97例鼻内镜术后慢性鼻窦炎病例随机分为治疗组49例和对照组48例,治疗组行常规鼻内镜术后换药十鼻腔冲洗,对照组行常规鼻内镜术后换药.随访1年,比较两组的疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率(91.8％)高于对照组(72.9％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 鼻腔冲洗能促进鼻腔粘膜修复,提高鼻内镜手术疗效,是围手术期的重要治疗方法,具有临床推广应用价值.
