Objective To understand the current status of health supervisor of competency in order to enhance the quality of health supervisor competence to provide reference. Methods A questionnaire and competency theoretical model of the survey 358 health supervisors compare competency assessment. Results The different types of health supervisors to assist with the service, personal effectiveness, professionalism, personal traits and five factors that influence others, there are still some differences. Conclusion The health supervisor's competency in general good, but the specific behavior to be further improved.%目的 了解目前卫生监督员的胜任特征状况,为提高卫生监督员胜任素质提供参考.方法 采用调查问卷和胜任特征理论模型对调查的358名卫生监督员进行胜任特征评估比较.结果 不同类型的卫生监督员在协助与服务、个人效能、专业素养、个人特质和影响他人五个因素方面还存在一定的差异.结论 卫生监督员的胜任特征总体较好,但在具体行为上有待进一步提高.
