Objective To explore the application value of comfort care model in the the course of maternal birth. Methods 110 cases of early maternal were included in the study. According to the order of admission, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (n=55 cases). The control group was given normal care, the observation group in the general care of patientswere given based on comfort care on the basis of the case. All clinical parameters are observed and analyzed including The total labor time, rate of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage rate, neonatal asphyxia and patient satisfaction, etc. Results Observation group, the average bleeding time, hospital stay, treatment costs were significantly lower than the control group and the clinical efficiency and higher satisfaction of care, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion Comfort care can improve the clinical treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding effect, improve the quality of care, worthy of promotion.%目的 探讨舒适护理模式在产妇分娩过程中的临床应用价值.方法 选取110例初产妇患者,按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例；对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上依据患者情况实施舒适护理；观察两组患者总产程时间、剖宫产、产后大出血、新生儿窒息发生率及患者对护理工作的满意度等指标.结果 观察组总产程时间、剖宫产率、产后大出血率、新生儿窒息率低于对照组,患者的满意度高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜O.05).结论 在产妇分娩过程中实施舒适护理,可明显提高护理质量,减少并发症,值得临床推广应用.
