PFNA治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨近端骨折疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the efficacy of PFNA for the treatment of the osteoporotic femar proximal end fracture in the elderly.Methods From November 2009 to June 2012,52 cases (18 males,34 females) of the osteoporotic femar proximal end fracture patients were treated with PFNA and anti-osteoporosis drugs.Results 52 cases were followed up from 6 months to 18 months with an average time of 12 months.According to the Harris criterion for evaluation,the results were excellent in 25 cases,good in 19 cases,fair in 6 cases and poor in 2 case.The excellent and good rate wag 84.6％.Conlusion PFNA combined with anti-osteoporosis drugs might achieve better efficacy.%目的 探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉(proximal femoral nail antirotation,PFNA)治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨近端骨折的临床疗效.方法 2009年11月～2012年6月采用PFNA治疗股骨近端骨折的患者52例.男18例,女34例.同时给予抗骨质疏松药物治疗.结果 术后随访6～18个月,平均12个月.52例患者末次随访时的Harris评分:优25例、良19例、可6例、差2例,优良率为84.6％.结论 PFNA应用于老年骨质疏松性股骨近端骨折的治疗,同时应用抗骨质疏松药物治疗,可取得更加满意的疗效.
