松龄血脉康治疗失眠的临床研究

摘要

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Songlingxuemaikang Capsule to treat insomnia in the middle-aged and the elders.Methods 80 patients were treated openly and were evaluated with sleep dysfunction rating scale(SDRS).Results The means of SDRS were significantly decreased at the 10th day and the 20th days (P＜0.01),and more decreased at the 20th day (P＜0.01).The effective rate was 20％ at the 10th day,and was 85％ at the 20th day,the later was higher (P＜0.01).All symptoms of SDRS were significantly relieved after drug treatment.Conclusion Songlingxuemaikang Capsule is safe and effective drug in the treatment of insomnia.%目的 评价松龄血脉康胶囊治疗中老年失眠症的疗效.方法 对80例中老年失眠患者进行开放性治疗,用睡眠评定量表(SDRS)进行疗效评价.结果 在治疗10天和20天后,患者SDRS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.01),20天时降低更明显(P＜0.01).10天时有效率为20％,20天时有效率为85％ (P＜0.01).SDRS评定结果显示各临床表现均较治疗前明显好转((P＜0.01).结论 松龄血脉康胶囊是治疗失眠症安全有效的药物.
