腭部肿瘤多层螺旋CT的诊断价值

摘要

Objective To evaluate the value of multiple-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of palatine tumors.Methods The CT images of 18 cases palatine tumors were retrospective analyzed,which were proved by pathology,including the location,size,shape,density and contrast-enhancement features of the lesions.7 benign tumors,11 malignant tumors,all get coronal and sagittal reconstructive by multiple-planar reconstructive technique.Multiple direction,multiple window level observe and analyze CT images.Results (1) The appearance of 7 benign tumors were ovate or round-like,homogenous density,slight to moderate homogenous enhanced.(2) The appearance of 11 malignant tumors were irregular soft tissue masses,inhomogenous density,obscure boundary,with irregular bone destructive and invade vicinity structure in 6 cases.Cervical lymph node metastasis happened in 5 cases.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT can clearly show the lesions of the palate tumors.It is important to differentiate a tumor to be benign or malignant,and definite the edge of malignant tumor.%目的 探讨腭部肿瘤多层螺旋CT (multi-slice spiral CT,MSCT)的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析18例经病理证实的腭部肿瘤的CT表现,包括病灶的部位、大小、形态、边缘、密度及强化特点等,其中良性肿瘤7例,恶性肿瘤11例,均行MPR技术作冠状面、矢状面重组,多方位、多窗位观察分析病变.结果 7例腭部良性肿瘤表现为卵圆形或类圆形软组织肿块,密度均匀、轻中度均匀强化,边界清楚,3例伴有邻近骨质压迫吸收;11例腭部恶性肿瘤表现为不规则软组织肿块、不均匀强化,边界不清,6例伴有邻近骨质不规则破坏、邻近结构受侵,5例伴有颈淋巴结转移.结论 多层螺旋CT能立体显示病变,对腭部肿瘤作出准确定位诊断、对良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断以及恶性肿瘤侵犯范围的判定都具有重要意义.
