在校医学生对突发公共事件紧急医疗救援认知的现状分析

             

摘要

目的 了解在校医学生对突发性公共事件紧急医疗救援的认知,为改进完善学校灾害教育和培训提供参考.方法 采用方便抽样调查182名在校医学生对突发公共卫生事件即灾害护理学知识、获取突发公共事件知识途径、学习突发公共卫生事件知识必要性以及灾害护理地位与作用等4方面内容的认知.结果 69.96%在校生了解突发公共卫生事件基本知识;64..29%的学生最想通过课堂渗透的方式获得处置突发公共事件知识;94..78%的学生认为学习突发公共卫生事件知识有必要或非常有必要;87.99%的学生认可灾害护理地位与作用.结论 在校医学生学习突发性公共事件紧急医疗救援知识的意愿高,认可灾害护理学的必要性和作用地位.应加强在校学生应对突发事件紧急医疗救援能力的教育培训,系统提升救援水平.%Objective To investigate the recognition of medical students on the public emergency,and explore the methods to improve the school education and training on disaster.Methods 182 medial students were selected and surveyed with self-designed questionnaires including ways of students' acquiring the knowledge of public emergency,the necessity and importance of disaster education.Results 69.96% of the students had basic knowledge of public emergency.64.29% of the students were eager to acquire the knowledge and the methods to handle public emergency from class.94.78% of the students considered it necessary to receive public emergency education and 87.99% of the students recognized the importance of disaster nursing.Conclusion The majority of medical students think it necessary to receive exigent succor system of public emergency education and they recognize the importance of disaster nursing.Education and training of medical students related to public emergency should be strengthened to raise the comprehensive medical rescue level.
