经动脉导管化疗栓塞联合微波消融治疗中期肝细胞癌的研究进展

摘要

Because of the high morbidity and mortality,the hidden incidence and the fast progress of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC),most of HCC patients are in middle or late stage and the treatment of it is a worldwide problem.Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with comprehensive minimally invasive intervention has gradually replaced surgical treatment,especially TACE combined with microwave coagulation therapy (PMCT),plays an important role in the treatment of HCC.TACE combined with PMCT has been widely accepted,due to its simple operation,safe and effective and wide indication etc.In this paper,it intends to be a briefly review on the principles,methods,indications,complications and prognosis of TACE combined with PMCT treatment of liver cancer.%肝细胞癌的发病率和死亡率均较高,其发病隐匿、进展快,多数患者就诊时已为中晚期,其治疗方法是世界性的难题,以经动脉导管化疗栓塞(TACE)为基础的综合微创介入方式,已逐渐取代外科手术治疗,成为治疗肝细胞癌的重要方法,特别是TACE联合微波消融治疗(PMCT)更进一步提升了疗效.因TACE联合PMCT治疗具有操作简单、适应症广、安全有效等特点被广泛接受.本文就TACE联合PMCT治疗肝细胞癌的原理、方法、适应症、并发症、预后等做一综述.
