鲍温病及佩吉特病患者皮损中GRIM 19表达水平的研究

摘要

Objective To explore the expression of GRIM 19 in skin lesion of patients with Bowen's disease and Paget's disease.Methods The skin lesion of patients with Bowen's disease (37 cases) and Paget's disease (33 cases),and the skin tissue of healthy people (34 cases) were collected.Real-time PCR and immunohistochemical were used to measure the expression of GRIM 19 in skin lesion of patients and skin tissue of healthy people.Results Real-time PCR and immunohistochemical showed that the expression of GRIM 19 in skin lesion of patients with Bowen's disease and Paget's disease was significantly lower than the expression of GRIM 19 in skin tissue of healthy people (P＜0.05).Conclusion The expression of GRIM 19 in skin lesion of patients with Bowen's disease and Paget's disease decreases significantly,and this study demonstrates that the expression of GRIM 19 is associated with the occurrence of Bowen's disease and Paget's disease%目的 探究鲍温病及佩吉特病患者皮损中细胞凋亡相关基因19 (GRIM 19)的表达水平.方法 采集我院鲍温病(37例)及佩吉特病(33例)患者皮损组织及健康人(34例)皮肤组织,应用Real-time PCR和免疫组化的方法检测患者皮损组织及健康人皮肤组织中GRIM 19表达水平.结果 Real-time PCR和免疫组化结果显示,鲍温病和佩吉特病患者皮损组织中GRIM 19表达水平相比于健康人皮肤组织显著下降(P＜0.05).结论 鲍温病及佩吉特病患者皮损中GRIM 19的表达水平显著下降,本研究表明GRIM 19表达量与鲍温病及佩吉特病发病具有相关性.
