目的 探讨军队非单座机飞行人员高血压病带药飞行的效果及对安全的影响.方法 对2004年以来收治13例高血压病非单座机飞行人员,药物治疗达标后带药飞行进行观察.结果 严密监测下长期服用长效钙拮抗剂可使血压达标,不影响飞行安全.结论 我军非单座机飞行人员高血压病患者可带药飞行.%Objective To explore the influences of antihypertensive drug therapy on flying safety in military pilots with essential hypertensive ( EH ) who drive non - single seat aircraft.Methods 13 military pilots with EH who drive non - single seat aircraft and received treatment in our hospital since 2004 were included in this study.They took Amlodipine Besylate Tablet of 5 mg once a day or Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets of 10 mg twice a day combined with general non - drug antihypertensive measures.After the blood pressure qualification, pilots were followed up for 1 - 2 months and their blood pressures were all stable and normal during this period.Then they returned to the army and receive above treatment continuously.At the same time, they were allowed to drive the aircraft again.Their flying safety was observed and blood pressure was closely monitored.Results The blood pressure of pilots who took prolonged action Ca - antagonist for a long time all reached the standard and maintained at a stable level.No accident was occurred during their flying.Conclusion Long - term treatment of EH in military pilots driving non - single seat aircraft with antihypertensive drugs would not affect the flying safety.
