分析某高原驻训部队疾病谱，为指导部队科学组训提供依据。参照国际疾病分类标准(ICD-10)和职业性高原病诊断标准(GBZ 92-2008)，对2013年7~10月在海拔4000~5100 m驻训的某部疾病谱进行回顾性统计分析。系统疾病的发生主要集中在呼吸系统(42.55%)、感觉器官(19.91%)、消化系统(18.84%)、皮肤和皮下组织(12.79%)；常见疾病以上呼吸道感染(41.72%)、胃肠炎(15.20%)和训练伤(10.72%)为主；驻训期间，部队急性高原反应发生率为26.55%，其中轻度占92.97%，中度占5.63%，重度占1.40%，发生高原肺水肿15例。应针对喀喇昆仑山高原驻训部队发病特点，科学制定卫勤保障预案，合理配置医务人员，加强营养卫生，注重高原病和训练伤防护，提高部队高原军事作业能力。%To analyze the disease spectrum of a troop in Karakoram plateau area in order to provide basis for scientific organization of troops training in the area. A retrospective study was made on the disease spectrum of the soldiers in a troop stationed and trained in 4000-5100 m Karakoram high altitude from July to Oct. 2013 according to the international classification of diseases (ICD-10) and Diagnostic Criteria of Occupational High Altitude Disease (GBZ 92-2008). The occurrence of diseases was mainly concentrated in the respiratory system (42.55%), sensory organs (19.91%), digestive system (18.84%), skin and subcutaneous tissue disease (12.79%); common diseases included upper respiratory tract infection (41.72%), gastroenteritis (15.20%) and training injury (10.72%). When the troop was stationed and trained in the high altitude, the incidence of acute high altitude disease (AHAD) was 26.55%, in which the mild was 92.97%, the moderate was 5.63%, the severe was 1.40%, and high altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE) occurred in 15 cases. Necessary measures should be taken according to the features of disease spectrum of the troops stationed and trained in Karakoram area, including scientifically developing medical support plan, reasonably allocating medical personnel, strengthening nutrition health, and paying more attention to high altitude sickness and training injury protection, so as to improve the military operation ability of the troops in high altitude.
