Objective To establish the method for simultaneously determining the contents of metronidazole,chloramiphenicol and salicylic acid in Xinmianxu.Methods High-performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) was adopted.Chromatographic column:Extend-C18 (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm);mobile phase:methanol-water (55:45) (pH 3.2);test wavelength:230 nm.Simultaneously,the contents of metronidazole,chloramiphenicol and salicylic acid in Xinmianxu were determined and tests were performed on linearity,precision,repeatability and recovery rate.Results A good linear relationship with peak area was formed when the contents of metronidazole,chloramiphenicol and salicylic acid were separately kept within the range of 21.78-217.78,20.48-204.76 and 5.01-50.15 μg/ml.Ideal results were obtained from tests on precision,repeatability and recovery rate.Conclusion HPLC can be applied to determining the contents of metronidazole,chloramiphenicol and salicylic acid in Xinmianxu simultaneously.%目的 建立同时测定新面醑中甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸含量的方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱:Extend-C18(250 mmx4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇-水(55:45) (pH3.2),检测波长230 nm;同时测定新面醑中甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸的含量,分别进行线性、精密度、重复性、回收率等实验.结果 甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸分别在21.78~217.78、20.48~204.76、5.01~50.15 μg/ml范围内时,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,精密度、重复性、回收率实验结果良好.结论 采用HPLC法可同时测定新面醑中氯甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸3组分的含量.
