Objective:To discuss the clinical value in treatment of acute obstruction renal failure by ureteroscopic combined with fiber flexible ureteroscope.Methods:A total of 119 cases with acute ureteral obstruction were collected retrospectively.The clinical data included 98 cases with ureteral stones,18 cases with retroperitoneal fibrosis,and 3 cases with cervical cancer.All cases accepted surgery and implanted ureteral stent after 6 h.Results:Ninety-eight cases with ureteral calculi underwent ureteroscopic combined with fiber flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy,15 cases with retroperitoneal fibrosis and 2 cases with cervical cancer indwelled ureteral stent.The rest 4 cases were converted to open surgery.Conclusion:It is a treatment appropriate to acute obstruction renal failure by using ureteroscopic combined with fiber flexible ureteroscope,which has higher success rate and effective reliable.It has clinical value of application and promotion.%目的:探讨输尿管硬镜结合纤维输尿管软镜技术应用于急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭治疗中的临床价值.方法:回顾性分析119例因输尿管梗阻导致急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料,其中输尿管结石98例、腹膜后纤维化症18例、宫颈癌3例,所有患者均于入院后6h接受急诊手术,并留置输尿管内支架管引流.结果:98例输尿管结石患者均行输尿管硬镜结合纤维输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术,腹膜后纤维化症中15例及宫颈癌中2例均行输尿管内支架管置入术,其余4例行中转开腹术.结论:输尿管硬镜结合纤维输尿管软镜治疗急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭成功率较高,疗效可靠,肾功能逐渐恢复平稳,具有一定临床应用推广价值.
