PICCO在危重症患者中应用的研究进展

摘要

Hemodynamically unstable is a common clinical manifestation in critically ill patients , and how to provid strong hemodynamic support is a key of clinical treatment ,but value hemodynamic assessment of and monitoring is the pre-condition of treatment success.Pulse index continuous cardiac output (PICCO),can obtain a series of clinical monitoring indexes through a lung heat dilution method ,such as:heart ejection fraction (GEF),cardiac function index (CFI),global end-diastolic volume (GEDV),intrathoracic blood volume (ITBV),extravascular lung water (EVLW),and other data,flu-id resuscitation and then guide the liquid recovery in critically ill patients .%危重症患者往往出现血流动力学不稳定，如何稳定血流动力学是临床治疗的关键，而有效的血流动力学监测则是治疗成功的前提。脉搏指示连续心排量测量（ PICCO ），通过经肺热稀释法获得一系列临床监测指标，包括：心脏射血分数（GEF）、心功能指数（CFI）、全心舒张末期容积（GEDV）、胸腔内血容积（ITBV）、血管外肺水（ EVLW）等数据，进而指导危重症患者液体复苏。
