低离子聚凝胺在输血检验技术中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨低离子聚凝胺在输血检验技术中的应用。方法选取2013年1月~2015年10月间我院收治的受血者以及供血者400例作为研究对象,随机进行分组,各200例。对照组给予盐水配血法检测,实验组给予低离子聚凝胺检测,对比两组试验不同ABO血型供/受体间的交叉配血阳性率以及临床效果。结果不同ABO血型显示:当为A型血时实验组阳性率(94.55%)高于对照组(76.36%),B型时实验组阳性率(97.78%)高于对照组(82.22%),AB型时实验组阳性率(96.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),O型时实验组阳性率(94.00%)高于对照组(80.00%);实验组总阳性191例(95.5%),对照组总阳性166例(83.00%),两组间差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05);进行交叉配血试验时,实验组灵敏度、准确度以及稳定性均明显高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论在输血检验技术中,采用低离子聚凝胺检测效果更为显著,其具有耗时短、阳性检出率高、灵敏度高等优势,值得在临床推广。%Objective To explore low ionic polybrene application in transfusion inspection technology .Metho ds 400 cases of donor and recipient as research subjects admitted in our hospital in October 2014 -October 2015 were selected as the study object ,were randomly grouped ,200 cases in each group .The control group was given saline with blood assay ,the experimental group was given a low ionic polybrene detection ,the positive rate of cross-matching between ABO blood donors and recipients and clinical effect was compared between the two group .Resul ts Different ABO blood group showed:the positive rate of experimental group when the blood type A ( 94.55%) was higher than the control group ( 76.36%) , the positive rate of experimental group when the blood type B ( 97.78%) was higher than the control group ( 82.22%) , the positive rate of experimental group when the blood type AB (96.00%) was higher than the control group (84.00%),the positive rate of experimental group when the blood type O ( 94.00%) was higher than the control group ( 80.00%) ,191 (95.5%) were positive in the experimental group and 166 (83.00%) were positive in the control group ,the difference be-tween the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);when processed crossmatchtest, sensitivity,accuracy and sta-bility of the experimental group are significantly higher than the control group ,the difference between two groups was signifi-cant (P<0.05).Conclusion In transfusion testing technique,low ionic polybrene detection effect is more significant ,it has a short time-consuming ,the positive detection rate ,the advantages of high sensitivity and other advantages ,rorthy of pro-motion in clinical .
