银屑病患者应用综合护理措施对其负性情绪的改善作用

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the negative emotion of patients with psoriasis.Methods 104 cases of psoriasis in our hospital from October 2014 to October were selected and divided into study group and control group ,cases were divided into study group and control group .In the control group ,routine nursing in-tervention was adopted ,and the study group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of this .Results After the comprehensive nursing intervention ,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with psoriasis can effectively correct the negative emotional expression ,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients with psoriasis .%目的：探讨银屑病患者应用综合护理措施对其负性情绪的改善作用。方法选择2014年10月～2015年10月我院收治的银屑病患者104例，将其平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组采取常规护理干预，研究组在对此基础上采取综合护理干预。结果经综合护理干预后，研究组焦虑、抑郁自评量表得分显著低于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论针对银屑病患者采取综合性护理干预，可以有效纠正负性情绪表现，利于康复。
