Objective To analyse the effect of targeted nursing on the clinical compliance of patients with alcohol poison-ing in the emergency department. Methods 78 cases of patients with alcohol poisoning were collected and randomey divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while those in the observation group received targeted nursing. The total compliance rate of treatment and nursing were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The total compliance rate of treatment in the observation group ( 82. 05%) was significantly higher than the control group (58. 98%,P<0. 05). The total compliance rate of nursing in the observation group (92. 31%)was significantly higher than the control group (71. 80%,P<0. 05). Conclusion Targeted nursing is more suit-able routine nursing for patients with alcohol poisoning,which can significantly improve the patient′s treatment and nursing compliance.%目的：分析针对性护理对急诊科酒精中毒患者临床依从性的影响。方法选取2013年5月~2015年5月本院急诊科收治的酒精中毒患者78例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各39例。对照组患者实施急诊科常规护理，观察组患者实施急诊科针对性护理，记录比较2组患者的治疗依从性和护理依从性。结果观察组39例患者治疗总依从率为32例(82．05%)显著高于对照组23例(58．98%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；且观察组39例患者护理总依从率为36例(92．31%)显著高于对照组28例(71．80%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论针对性护理较常规护理而言更适宜于急诊科酒精中毒患者，其能够显著提高患者治疗和护理的依从性，值得临床推广应用。
