Objective To investigate the effect of nursing care for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy,and to explore the effect of nursing care and its effect on cancer due to fatigue.Methods 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients admitted in our hospital from 2012 January 1 to January 1,2015 were selected as the observation object,according to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,each group had 30 patients,control group was given conventional nursing,experimental group received individual nursing intervention,explored and analyzed cancer related fatigue and quality of life of two groups before and after nursing care.Results Nursing experimental group without fatigue (36.67%) and mild fatigue (53.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (10.00%),(26.67%) and moderate fatigue (10.00%) and severe fatigue (0) was significantly less than that of the control group (36.67%),(26.67%),the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05);two groups of patients in nursing before the score had no significant difference does not have statistical significance (P> 0.05) and nursing after the test group the quality of life scores were significantly better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention plays an important role in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy,which can reduce the degree of fatigue and improve the quality of life.%目的 针对鼻咽癌放疗患者给予个性化护理,并探究分析其护理的效果与其对癌因性疲乏的影响.方法 选择60例鼻咽癌患者作为本次观察对象,均为2013年1月1日到2015年1月1日在本院接受治疗的患者,以随机数字表法作为分组依据分成试验组与对照组,平均每组30例患者,对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予个性化护理干预,并探究分析两组患者护理前后的癌因性疲乏程度与生活质量.结果 护理后试验组无疲乏(36.67%)与轻度疲乏(53.33%)多于对照组的(10.00%)、(26.67%),且中度疲乏(10.00%)与重度疲乏(0)少于对照组的(36.67%)、(26.67%),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在护理前各领域评分均无统计学差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后试验组各项生活质量评分优于对照组的,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 个性化护理干预在鼻咽癌放疗患者中起到重要的作用,可以降低疲乏程度,进而提高其生活质量.
