健康教育对宫颈癌前病变患者负性情绪的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of health education on cervical lesions in patients with negative emotion.Methods 58 cases of cervical lesions patients treated in our hospital between February 2014 to February 2015 were selected,were randomly divided groups,control group of 26 patients were given routine care,observation group of 32 patients were given health education intervention.SAS score situation of two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results The SAS score results of care before nursing was no significant difference (P>0.05),after nursing were significantly decreased (P<0.01);And SAS scoresof patients in the observation groupafter nursing were significantly lower than the control group,data comparison between difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Reasonable health education on cervical lesionspatients,has a good alleviation role for negative emotions of patients,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.%目的 探讨健康教育对宫颈癌前病变患者负性情绪的干预效果.方法 选取2014年2月至2015年2月间我院收治的宫颈癌前病变患者58例,将其随机分组,对照组26例给予常规护理,观察组32例给予健康教育干预.比较两组患者护理前后SAS评分情况.结果 两组患者护理前SAS评分结果比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理后均有下降(P<0.01);且护理后观察组组患者SAS评分低于对照组,两组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 对宫颈癌前病变患者进行合理的健康教育,对患者负性情绪具有良好的缓解作用,可显著提高患者的生活质量.
