西北军校学员心理健康状况相关因素研究

摘要

Objective:To understand the mental health status of northwest military students. Methods:120 northwest military students were measure by mental symptoms SCL-90 self rating scale. Results: Each item score of SCL-90 of the northwest military students and the number of positive items were lower than the national norm. Except that the paranoid scores were higher than those of the 1995 students, other items were relatively low, and difference had a statistics significance (P<0. 01). Conclusions: The northwest military student's mental quality has been greatly improved. The regular research of psychological state for the soldiers could improve their mental health, help the army management, and has a positive meaning to improve combat effectiveness.%目的：：了解西北军校部队生心理健康状况。方法：采用 SCL-90精神症状自评量表对120名西北军校部队生进行测试。结果：西北军校部队生 SCL-90的各项分值以及阳性项目数均低于全国常模，仅偏执分值高于1995年军校学员，其他项都较低，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：西北军校部队生的心理素质有较大的提高。说明定期研究分析战士的心理状况，对提高战士的心理健康有作用，对帮助部队管理，提高战斗力有积极意义。
