高原谷物纤维“餐前饮”对糖尿病患者餐后血糖的影响

     

摘要

目的:研究高原谷物纤维“餐前饮”对糖尿病患者餐后血糖的影响。方法:选择符合标准的2型糖尿病患者20例,血糖控制稳定后,早餐前服用高原谷物纤维“餐前饮”,监测早餐前、后血糖及实验前后患者的血糖进行统计分析。结果:实验后早餐后血糖明显优于实验前早餐后血糖,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高原谷物纤维“餐前饮”可以明显改善糖尿病患者的餐后血糖。%Objective:To study influence of pre-meal intake with plateau cereal fiber on postprandial blood glucose in patients with diabetes. Methods:20 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected for the study based on the principle of voluntary. 1 pack daily dose of pre-meal intake with plateau cereal fiber was given before breakfast and after stabilization of the blood glucose. The blood glucose was monitored before and after breakfast. The blood glucose of the were statistically analyzed before and after the experi-ment. Results:The postprandial blood glucose after breakfast was obviously reduced after the experiment (P<0. 05), and the differ-ence before and after the experiment was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions:The postprandial blood glucose is significant improved in the patients with diabetes by pre-meal intake with plateau cereal fiber.
