康复训练对住院精神分裂症患者日常生活能力影响的分析

摘要

目的：：探讨康复训练对住院精神分裂症患者日常生活能力的影响。方法：按方便抽样方式随机抽取2个男、女病房，符合纳入标准的共60例患者入组，在常规药物治疗的基础上，对其进行3个月的康复训练，分别于康复训练前、后运用日常生活能力量表(简称为ADL)进行评定。结果：康复训练前后ADL评分有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论：康复训练能够提高患者日常生活能力，是促进住院精神分裂症患者康复的有效措施。%Objective: To explore effects of rehabilitation training on activities of daily living of schizophrenic inpatients. Methods:According to the convenient sampling method, a random sample of 2 men and women wards was selected, and a total of 60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were chosen. On the basis of conventional drug treatment, a 3-month rehabilitation training were given. Before and after the training, the activity of daily living scale ( referred to as ADL) was used for assessment. Results:After the rehabilitation training, the ADL score had significant difference (P<0. 01). Conclusions:The rehabilitation training can improve the daily living ability of the patients, and is an effective measure to promote the rehabilitation of the inpatients with schizophrenia.
