36例精神分裂症患者眼动分析仪临床研究

摘要

Objective:To study relationships among eye movements and schizophrenia through tracking analysis of 36 patients with schizophrenia. Methods:36 schizophrenic patients with D value screened with an eye movement analyzed were chosen as study group for the comparative tracking analysis, while 36 healthy people were selected as control group. Results:Through the contrast a-nalysis, there were statistically significant differences in each eye movement measurement value at 0 weeks between study group and control group (P<0. 001). There were no statistically significant differences in each eye movement measurement value in study group before and 8 weeks after the treatment (P>0. 05), and so did the each eye movement measurement value among the patients with dif-ferent mental states in study group before and 8 weeks after the treatment (P>0. 05). Conclusions:Abnormal eye movements, espe-cially the changes of NEF and RSS, have the most characteristic significance in the diagnosis of the disease, and are not related with age, sex and clinical mental status. Due to no effects of traditional and non-traditional antipsychotic drugs on the measured eye move-ment value, it is supposed that the abnormal eye movements may not be a status indicator but a biological indicator, and can be a valu-able auxiliary diagnosis basis for schizophrenia in the clinic.%目的：：通过对重庆市精神病院36例精神分裂症患者追踪分析,以研究眼球运动轨迹与精神分裂症之间的关系。方法：抽取使用眼动分析仪筛查出36例D值为正分的精神分裂症患者作为研究组,对患者进行眼动分析仪对比追踪分析研究；另选取健康人36例作为对照组。结果：经对照分析,0周研究组患者与对照组研究对象各项眼动测定值比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)；研究组患者治疗8周前后各项眼动测定值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；研究组患者治疗8周后不同精神状态各项眼动测定值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：提示精神分裂症患者眼动异常特别是眼注视点(number of eye fixation, NEF)、反应性探究分(responsive of search scores, RSS)的改变对疾病诊断最有特征性意义,与年龄、性别、临床精神状态无关,而传统与非传统抗精神病药物治疗对眼动测定值无影响,据此推测精神分裂症患者眼动异常可能不是状态学指标而是一种生物学指征,可以作为临床上精神分裂症有价值的辅助诊断依据。
