作业疗法对女性慢性精神分裂症患者康复疗效观察

Objective: To observe the effect of occupational therapy on rehabilitation in female patients with chronic schizo_phrenia. Methods:70 female patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group, treatment group received occupational therapy, while control group only received routine psychiatric drug treatment. Before and after the treatment, PANSS scale, ADL scale, and NOSIE scale were used to assess efficacy. Results:The scores of self-care ability, so_cial ability, social interest, individual positive factors including clean in treatment group increased significantly compared with those before the treatment. Conclusions:Occupational therapy in the treatment of female patients with chronic schizophrenia helps their re_habilitation.%目的：：观察作业疗法在女性慢性精神分裂症患者中的康复疗效。方法：70例女性慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组35例；观察组患者予以作业治疗，对照组患者仅予常规的精神科药物治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后 PANSS量表、ADL量表、NOSIE量表评定疗效情况。结果：观察组患者生活自理能力、社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁等积极因素分值较治疗前有明显升高。结论：作业疗法有利于女性慢性精神分裂症患者的康复。
