目的 探讨骨折合并2型糖尿病患者术前营养状况指标对预后的影响.方法 123例接受手术治疗的2型糖尿病骨折患者按年龄分组后,对其术前血红蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白和淋巴细胞计数,以及总住院时间、术前准备时间、术后恢复时间、住院费用等指标进行分析.结果 中青年组的营养状况好于老年组;有营养风险的患者总住院时间及术前准备时间长于营养状况正常的患者;血糖控制良好者术前准备时间及术后并发症发生率低于控制不良者.结论 营养状况及血糖的控制情况关系到骨折合并2型糖尿病住院患者的预后,应采取个体化的营养支持,调整营养状态,以改善预后.%Objective To invesligale the effect of preoperative indicators of changes in nulrilional status on the clinical out-come of cases of fracture with Lype 2 diabeles. Methods A relrospeclive analysis was conducled of 123 cases of Lype 2 diabeles frac-Lure who received surgical trealmenl Lo find out about their preoperalive hemoglobin, total prolein, albumin, prealbumin, and lympho-cyte count, the totat length of slay, preoperalive hospilalizalion Lime, postoperative hospital slay and hospilalizalion costs. Results Nulrilional slalus of the young was beller than that of the elders. The lolal lenglh of slay, preoperalive hospilalizalion lime of normal nu-trilion slalus palienls were beller lhan abnormal. There was no significant difference in posloperalive complications. The preoperalive hospilalizalion lime and posloperalive complications of normal glucose conlrol palienls were beller lhan those of the abnormal. Conclusion Nulrilion is related lo the prognosis of fraclure lype 2 diabeles palienls. Therefore, it is necessary lo pay more allenlion lo the nulrilion of senior palienls wilh individualized nulrilional supports in order lo improve clinical outcomes.
