Objective:To evaluate the role of responsibility group management in improving the quality of nursing management in operating room.Method:A total of 48 nurses who worked in the operating room of our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to age,education level and working time by stratified random sampling,they were divided into observation group and control group,24 cases in each group.The observation group was managed by the responsibility group management,the control group was managed by the routine management of the operating room.After management 6 months,the patients' satisfaction with operation nursing and the examination of surgical instruments,the assessment scores of nursing staff skills and the satisfaction of doctors to nursing between the two groups were observed and compared. Result:The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=17.340,P<0.001).The qualified rate of surgical instruments in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=4.36,P=0.04).The scores of basic nursing, operation related,equipment and health education knowledge in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).The scores of intraoperative cooperation,rescue of critically ill patients, maintenance of precious instruments and equipment and operating room environment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of responsibility group management in operating room nursing management can effectively improve the patients and the doctors' satisfaction of nursing,improve nursing skills and effectively use the operating room equipment,it is the future development direction of the operating room management.%目的:评价责任分组管理在提高手术室护理管理质量中的作用.方法:选取2017年1-6月于本院手术室工作的护士48名作为研究对象,按照年龄、学历以及工作时间分层随机抽样将其分为观察组和对照组,各24名.观察组采用责任分组管理,对照组采用手术室常规管理,观察比较两组管理6个月后患者对手术护理满意度和手术器械检查情况、护理人员技能考核评分,以及医生对护理的满意度情况.结果:观察组患者对手术护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( χ2=17.340, P<0.001).观察组手术器械检查合格率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( χ2=4.36,P=0.04).观察组基础护理、手术相关、仪器设备和健康教育知识考核评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).观察组医生对术中配合、危重患者抢救、贵重仪器设备养护以及手术室环境四个方面评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在手术室护理管理中采用责任分组管理能够有效提升患者及医生对护理满意度,增进护理技能,有效使用手术室器械,是手术室管理的未来发展方向.
