临床护士心理健康调查研究

摘要

目的：分析临床护士心理健康与工作压力源的相关性，统计临床护士心理健康水平和影响心理健康的因素.方法：采用问卷形式对青岛市市立医院400名临床护士进行调查，采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和护士工作压力源量表调查临床护士的心理健康与工作压力.结果：本研究临床护士心理健康状况两种因素，敌对低于常模(P=0.01)；人际关系敏感低于常模(P=0.03)，一种因素精神病性高于常模(P=0.03).压力源得分普遍较低，感受最高的压力源是工作特征，而感受最低的压力源是人际冲突.相关研究工作压力源与SCL-90呈显著正相关.结论：部分临床护士存在心理问题；临床护士的工作压力比普通人大.%　　Objective:To study the characteristics of mental stressors among nurses and find out the major factors.Method:Nurses work in Qingdao hospitals were investigated.In this study Symptom SCL-90)and the job stressors Questionnaire were used.Result:The mean score of SCL-90 was(1.57±0.39),and the scores of hostility and interpersonal sensitivity were lower compared with general model(P=0.01,P=0.03).Score of psychotics was higher than general(P=0.03).Stressors score were lower.The scores of job character were the highest,and the scores of interpersonal conflict were the lowest.Job stressors had a positive correlation with SCL-90. Conclusion:A part of nurses had psychological problems.
