乳腺癌术后中心负压吸引与单纯负压袋引流的应用观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of two different drainage methods for preventing subcutaneous hydrops after breast cancer operation. Method:216 patients with radical operation on breast cancer were divided into two groups at random:experimental group(106 cases,negative pressure suction was used),control group(110 cases,one-off negative pressure bags was used). Result:There were no significant differences on subcutaneous hydrops, necrosis of skin flap,intubation time and average hospitalization time after breast cancer operation between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The two drainage methods both could be used to prevent the subcutaneous hydrops after breast cancer operation and had the same efficacy.%　　目的：观察两种不同负压引流方法预防乳腺癌术后皮下积液的疗效.方法：将216例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者随机分为两组，实验组106例使用中心负压吸引，对照组110例使用一次性负压引流袋引流.结果：实验组与对照组术后皮下积液及皮瓣坏死发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，两组置管时间及术后平均住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论：两种引流方式均可用于预防乳腺癌术后皮下积液的发生，疗效相当.
