DHS与LCP治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效对比分析

摘要

目的：比较DHS和LCP治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效.方法：随机挑选采用DHS和LCP手术方法病例各50例.比较两组患者切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、手术疗效及并发症.结果：两组患者在切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量3个指标上,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；DHS组优良率为74.00%,LCP组优良率为90.00%,LCP组优良率高于DHS组(P<0.05)；DHS组并发症发生率为6.00%, LCP组并发症发生率为8.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论：DHS和LCP在手术及并发症发生率上比较无明显差异,LCP手术疗效优于DHS.%　　Objective:To compare the effects of DHS and LCP in treating the intertrochanter fracture of the old femur. Method:To randomly select 50 cases from the DHS cases and LCP cases. The incision lengths,duration of operation,the amount of bleeding,operation curative effect and complication were compared. Result:The two groups were not remarkably different in the incision lengths,duration of operation,and the amount of bleeding(P>0.05). The good rate of LCP group(90.00%) was higher than that of the DHS group(74.00%)(P<0.05). And the complication in the two groups was not remarkable(P>0.05). Conclusion:DHS and LCP have no remarkably differences in the surgery and the complication rate. But the clinical effect of LCP is better than that of DHS.
