含多烯紫杉醇方案治疗晚期食管癌的临床观察

摘要

Objective: To observe the curative effect and adverse effect of paclitaxe(taxotere) plus cisplation(DDP) and 5-FU for advanced oesophageal cancer. Method:Forty-six patients were received taxotere 175 mg/m2 once per 3 weeks,DDP 75 mg/m2 once per 3 weeks,and 5-FU 500-700 mg/m2,d1-d5,which 28 days was one cycle,and each patient should finish two cycles at least. All patients finished the treatment. Result:Six patients showed CR and fourteen patients showed PR among the 65 patients,giving an effective rate of 43.5%. The common adverse effect were bone marrow depression(100%),gastrointestinal effect(26.1%),blennymenitis(32.6%) and alopecia(56.5%). Conclusion:The regiment is effective in treating advanced oesophageal cancer with tolerable adverse effect.%　　目的：观察多烯紫杉醇(泰索帝)联合顺铂(DDP)和5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)方案治疗晚期食管癌的疗效和不良反应.方法：对46例晚期食管癌患者给予泰索帝175 mg/m2,每3周1次；DDP 75 mg/m2,每3周1次,5-FU,500~700 mg/m2,持续静脉滴入5 d,每28 d为1个周期,至少2个周期以上进行评价.结果：46例患者均完成所需周期化疗.其中6例CR,14例PR,有效率(CR+PR)为43.5%.常见治疗毒性为骨髓抑制(100%),消化道反应(26.1%),黏膜炎(32.6%)和脱发(56.5%).结论：泰索帝联合DDP和5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)方案治疗晚期食管癌有效,毒副反应可以耐受.
