护士自身因素对标本采集质量的影响及防范对策

摘要

标本检测数值的可靠度与医生、护士、检验人员、患者等都有一定的关系。其中，护士自身行为对标本采集的质量存在着许多非疾病性的可控环节，如护士知识的更新、操作的规范、指导患者的配合、选用合格的试管仪器、标本运送的稳妥及时等环节，都是标本检测数据的可靠度上至关重要的因素。因此，护士不断学习，提高自身业务能力，加强采集标本前后的质量控制，是配合检验科获得可靠度高的检验数据，有效地避免误诊、误治，为临床的准确诊断提供有效信息的重要环节。%　　In nurses’own behaviors for the quality of specimen collection,the reliability of the results test of the specimen has a crucial relation to many factor,such as the updation of nurses knowledge,operating specifications,guidance for the patient’s cooperation,selection of qualified test tube, and equipment,the safeness and timeliness of specimens delivery. Therefore,nurses’continous learning and their business skills need to be improved, augment for the quality Control of specimens when it to be couected before and after control is an important part for providing the high reliability of laboratory test data,effectively avoid misdiagnosis,wrong treatment,accurate diagnosis for clinical information.
