住院精神病患者血清胱抑素C测定的意义

摘要

Objective: To discuss the importence of the cystatin C in surveying the kidney function in the field of psychiatry. Method: To mensurate the cystatin C ,the Urea Nitrogen and Creatinine that of the 80 psychopaths who were in hospital(research group).At the meanwhile,to mensurate the cystatin C ,the Urea Nitrogen and Creatinine that of the healthy one’s(control group).Then to compare the change of those three items of two groups.Result:To compare with the Urea Nitrogen and Creatinine,the difference of the cystatin C of two groups has statistics meaning(P<0.01). Conclusion:In the field of psychiatry,the level of the cystain C may reflect the kindey function early.So the CysC should be use as a general index to survey the kidney function in psychiatry section.%　　目的：探讨胱抑素 C 在精神科领域监测肾功能的重要性.方法：对80例精神科住院患者(实验组)测定胱抑素 C 及传统的肾功能指标尿素、肌酐，同时测定健康体检者(对照组)胱抑素 C、尿素、肌酐，对比两组三项指标的变化.结果：实验组与对照组胱抑素 C 水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，尿素、肌酐水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论：在精神科领域胱抑素 C 水平能较早反映肾功能改变，应将CysC 作为精神科监测肾功能的常规指标.
