循证护理理念对提高手术器械消毒质量的影响

摘要

Objective:To study the effect of evidence-based nursing concept on improving the quality of sterilized surgical instruments. Method:The staff satisfaction,quality conditions and sharps injuries were compared before and after evidence-based nursing concept introduced. The valuable experience was summarized for the clinical application of evidence-based nursing. Result:Compared with the implementation of the care before,the satisfaction of clinical and staff were increased significantly,sharps injuries and quality defects were significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Evidence-based management can ensure that staff in a safe,efficient and pleasant environment,and the quality of surgical instruments disinfection is significantly improved due to the introduction of evidence-based nursing concept.%目的：研究循证护理理念对提高手术器械消毒质量的影响。方法：比较在循证护理理念被引入前后工作人员满意度以及质量情况、锐器损伤情况等，为临床应用循证护理总结宝贵经验。结果：与实施护理前相比较，采用循证护理，其临床满意程度与工作人员的满意程度显著升高，锐器损伤与质量缺陷明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：循证管理可以保证工作人员处于一个安全、高效及愉悦的环境下，循证护理理念的引入能够使手术器械消毒质量得到显著提高。
